🕒 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at katie@amber-hour.com.
🔁 Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
